JULIE D

Julie D has been sharing her contagious athletic energy with the fitness world since 2011. Believing that exercise is more than physical,  Julie created PULSE  to empower and motivate, lifting spirits (and butts too!). Each class is curated with a playlist that  inspires PULSERS to break though barriers and tap into undiscovered strength.  While experiencing an effective and safe workout, PULSERS also enjoy Julie! Julie's fun, raw, uninhibited, at times goofy, humble personality is a highlight of the workout. She connects with her community  like no other fitness instructor, and takes  the "work " out of work out;  PULSERS smile their way through the class. From the first beat to the last, Julie's PULSERS know they are in trusted hands and can let go and surrender to a greater sense of self.  When you PULSE, you'll feel change in your body and in your life!

WHAT IS PULSE?

PULSE is a core focused, heart opening mix of small effective moves that tone and shape the body and mind. Set to a motivating playlist of current and classic beats, PULSE sequences are both fun and challenging. Mostly low impact, PULSE is restorative too and open to all levels and ages. 

No equipment needed, just an open mind and good attitude. 

Mat, weights, towel are always welcome.
